Self Care Journal (M)

This self care journal gives you and your psyche a forum where you can observe the ways in which you parent and love on yourself. This builds your own personal appreciation and self awareness.

There are two options; A female cover and a male cover. This is not to be exclusionary to the nonbinary. Simply select the option you identify with most and amend as your soul sees fit. Caring for oneself does not have to exist in a binary.
